The course is designed to familiarize students with the methods of business research and to assist them in the presentation, interpretation and application of research data. Upon completion of the course, students should have a broad knowledge of various quantitative and qualitative data generating and data analysis techniques and appreciate the significance of research in industry and government.  In addition, they should be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the research of others, and be prepared to conduct their own research project and to collect, analyze and interpret the data from this project.  In this context, students will be introduced to advanced statistical tools, useful for the analysis of the research results (e.g. correlation, regression, ANOVA). Practically, they will be in a position to draft a research proposal and to carry out a mini – research project as well as present it.
