This   course, which is a general education requirement for undergraduate business   programs, introduces students to the main concepts, logic, and techniques of   probability and statistics with emphasis on business applications. Topics   include exploratory data analysis, probability, distributions, and interval   estimation. 

Students   will gain confidence in manipulating and drawing conclusions from data and   will develop a critical framework for evaluating study designs and results.



The course aims to the improvement of the student's language skills in English in all their forms: understanding, speech, reading comprehension and writing.
